6. Whiteoak
7. Eastern Brown
10. Huntington
11. Coal Grove
14. Paint Valley
22. Valley
15-18-19-23-26-27 don't have full teams
Other Race
1. Eastern Meigs
4. Nelsonville
5. West Union
8. Southeastern
9. Oak Hill
12-13-16-17-20-21-24-25 don't have full teams
3 coaches didn't vote (2 that have full teams?) 2 coaches that voted didn't give an ounce of effort. For example one coach voted West Union 23rd and Whiteoak 25th.
All in all it ended up ok but one race will have only 5 teams and another race will have 8 teams.
