At Charleston Munfield ran a 22.79 in the prelims, official time.

Wouldn't a 22.79 be rounded up to 22.80??????

23.02 goes to 23.10????

I saw the starters pistol with no cord-hooked to a finish linx timing system makes me wonder?
did they have watches at the line?must had if they had him @ 22.79 and i had him @ 22:66 from the 200 start- using a sprint eight system wich on runwv they call hand time-the mystery of WV timing! DRAMA!

Looks like I'm not the only one that noticed how WV adds on time. Almost every WV meet we go to adds on anywhere from .4-.8 secs. For example, Geiger was told she ran a 12.34 FAT time at the Erickson. We get home and look on runwv and it's 12.78.
