Help!!!!!! I hope if the meeting is tonight, someone will post it ASAP. It is a long drive for some, and short for others. Help!!!!!!!

The meeting will be next Monday. it is unfortunate that it is on a memorial day. The reason for this is because of the tradition of giving all district status to the individuals who have qualified for the state meet.

Coaches please remember that for your athlete to be recognized your dues will need to be current. It is $10.00 per season. Additionally we will be choosing district athlete and coaches of the year.

Coach please get involved!

Thanks for the info. and I too hope all the coaches in the district show up because it is about YOUR athletes. It is for them!! We still need to know exactly where and when the meeting is. Most of us know where because we have gone so many times but many have not.

Ponderosa in jackson.. We invite all to arrive early and eat the awards will be given at 6:30

ironman...
i would assume that the first place winners will be first team,
second place will be second team and maybe an honorable mention and special mention

I wouldnt think that 1st, 2nd and 3rd place would be first team
4th 5th and 6th would be second team

7,8,9, 10 honorable mention
11,12,13 specail mention

14, 15, 16, wheaties winners so they can have something to build on for next year

17, 18, 19 can get a ribbon to give to their parents so they will feel good

I got on here with the intention of announcing this stuff, but I see there is already some discussion going.

Okay...a little clarification here...

The coaches' meeting to determine AoY and CoY will be held Monday, May 30 at 6:30 PM at the Jackson Ponderosa.

The track banquet will be on Monday, June 6 at 6:30 PM at the Jackson Ponderosa.

All-district is awarded to any athlete who was an event winner at the district meet or any athlete who qualified to the state meet.
