Fayetteville

Distance..... Don't see too much for this team when it comes to either 800,1600 or 3200

Sprints..... T. McCarty and I. Downes both run a 12.53, The 200 shows McCarty at 24.50 and G. Valentine 25.80. The 400 will have McCarty with a 59.88

Hurdles..... Hurdles won't have much in 2023

Field..... In the Discus it is E. Distler with a 77' 10', Shot put has Distler with a 30' 03.50", Not much in the high jump, I. Downes has a 16' 10.50 long jump, this team doesn't do the pole vault

Relays..... 4x1 will be in the middle of the pack, 4x2 in the bottom half, 4x4 bottom half, 4x8 bottom half

Manchester

Distance..... Another team that won't show too much in the 800,1600,3200

Sprints..... 100 won't have too much, the 200 has D. Montgomery with a 25.75, 400 will have B. Jones at 59.40

Hurdles..... will not have too much

Field..... Discus has M. Gulley at near 100 feet and M Gillan at 77' 03', M. Gulley has a 32' 07 shot put and C. Armstrong has a 30' 08", High Jump will not show much, neither will the long jump. Manchester does not do the pole vault.

Relays..... 4x1 bottom half, 4x2 should be in the middle, 4x4 bottom half, 4x8 bottom

Ripley

Distance..... Don't see much here

Sprints..... C. Fossitt has a 25.91 200m

Hurdles..... not much in the hurdles

Field..... G, Gibbs has a 100-plus discus, Gibbs also has a 31' 09" shot put, not much in the high jump or long jump. Ripley doesn't do the pole vault.

Relays..... Looks like all relays will finish in the bottom half of the conference


Lynchburg

Distance..... 800m L. Kohus with a 2:27.41 and Kohus has a 5:24.41 1600m, 3200 doesn't show much

Sprints..... Don't look too strong in 2023

Hurdles..... In the 110h it is J. Hixon with a time of 19.54 and a 46.62 300h

Field..... Discus, shot put and high jump will not show too much. Long Jump will have B. Chrisman with a 17' 04.25 jump and a 6' 00" is in the Pole vault.

Relays..... 4x1, 4x2 and 4x8 look to finish in the bottom half. The 4x4 should finish in the middle of the pack.


Fairfield

Distance..... 800 L. Friend has a 2:17.51 and B. Campbell has a 2:31, Friend has a 5:18 in the 1600m and J. Kier with a 14:40 in the 3200

Sprint..... T. House with a 12.11 100m and J. Leria has a 12.53. The 200 and 400 look down

Hurdles..... not much in the hurdles

Field..... Discus is down, T. Burns has a 32' 08" shot put, high jump and long jump are down, pole vault will come in with a 8' 06"

Relays..... 4x1 looks solid, 4x2 could use some help, 4x4 and 4x8 will finish near the bottom

Distance..... The 800m will have A. Wuest with 2:19 and J. Smith with 2:23. 1600 Wuest will have a 5:30. Don't see anyone in the 3200m

Sprints..... J. Chitwood with a 12.69 100m, not much in the 200m J. Smith has a time of 57.50 in the 400m

Hurdles..... Chitwood with an 18.80 110 and I. Handing with a 52.55 300h

Field..... Discus will see I. Burns with 91' , The shot will have Burns with a 32 plus, High jump will have 5' 04 jump , C. Taylor at 17' 05" in the long jump, No pole vault

Relays..... 4x1 top four, 4x2 top four, 4x4 near the top and the 4x8 will struggle


Eastern

Distance..... M. Baker has a 2:29.76 800, Do not see much in the 1600 and 3200

Sprints..... M. Baker with a 12.18 100m L. Hall has a 12.27, Baker has a 24.72 200m along with Hall at 25.37, The 400m will see Baker with a 54.96 and Hall with 55.16.

Hurdles..... T. Perkins has a 20.31 110h and 52.11 in the 300h

Field.....The discus has N. Manning at 93 feet, Shot Put at 33' 07" from L. Hall and 31' 10" from N. Manning, High jump doesn't look good, no Pole Vault

Relays..... 4x1 middle of the pack, 4x2 bottom half 4x4 bottom half and 4x8 near the middle


North Adams

Distance..... 800m C. Hesler has a 2:03, 1600 G. Emerson at 5:04 and J. Hickey at 5:23, 3200 Hickey with a 10:57.91 and K. Fannin at 13:07

Sprints..... don't see a lot of speed in the 100/200, Hesler has a 51.10 400m

Hurdles..... B. Crawford 22.16 and L. Jones with a 22.84, 300h has G. White at 47.23

Field..... Discus has C. Deatley with a 99' 03" and C. McCann at 98' 07', In the shot-put L. Martin brings a 32' 09" with C Deatley also at 32' 09", High Jump will have L. Martin at 5' 08" and C. White at 5' 04", Don't see much in the long jump and NA doesn't do the PV.

Distance..... L. Asher will have a 2:23 800, H. Crum has a 5:20 1600 and the 3200 will be H. Crum at 12:10 and A. Scott at 12:48

Distance..... 800 W. Blain will have a 1:58 800, this could be the best in SEO, L. Eyre has a 2:09, in the 1600 it looks like L. Eyre has a 4:34 and C. Price has a 4:57, in the 3200 Eyre has a 10:09 with W. Blair at 10:43 along with Price at 10:45

Sprints..... 100m will see D. Kennedy with a 11.70 Kennedy will also have a 23.30 in the 200m along with T. Wessner at 24.30, the 400m will have W. Blair with a at 54.00 and T. Wessner with a 58.71

Hurdles..... B. Burns at 20.05 in the 110h and B. Vanhoy at 47.24 in the 300 and Burns at 47.80

Field..... Discus won't have too much, the shot put will have L. Bieler with a 33' 09" and M. Gress at 32' 03.50", High Jump has D. Kennedy with a 5' 08" and 5' 06" from Bieler, Kennedy has a 19' 00.50" long jump and T. Weesner at 18' 03.75", nothing in the pole vault.
