Should be four very good team in the SVC. Adena, Unioto, Westfall and Zane Trace. Right off this meet should go to Zane Trace. The distant races look to be their weakness and they are not that bad. Their relays could be the best in SEO. Adena could be the number two team. Hurdles will be what holds this team back in the big meets. Unioto looks to be the third best but not too far back of Adena. Unioto won't have the depth in the distant races like they usually do. Will be very strong in the hurdles. Westfall should be at number four but with a bad day from Unioto or Adena they could move up. Three of the next four team should battle it out for the fifth spot. Huntington, Paint Valley and Southeastern are just about equal. Edge might go to Southeastern. Don't look for Piketon to show a lot in 2024.
