Speed in the SEO

Is it just we or does anyone else think there are a lot more speed this year?

Out of these leagues FAC, OVC, SVC, SHAC, SOC and the TVC I come up with 48 boys under 12.00 and 32 boys under 24.00. Just seems like a lot returning this year.

I know the SVC was pretty young last year in the sprints and distance especially. I'd say its gonna be a good year to be a SEO track and field fan for sure!

Seems to be a lot of relay teams coming back returning three or four runners from last year.
