Girl teams will be Athens, Fairfield Union and Zane Trace

With the finish of the first four events Fairfield Union has a six-and one-half point lead over Athens and a twenty-four and a half-point lead over Zane Trace. Fairfield Union won the 4x800, 100 hurdles and the 100 meters while Athens won the 4x200. At the halfway point it is Fairfield Union 54, Athens 34.5 and Zane Trace 22.5. Fairfield Union took the 1600, 4x100 and the 400 and Zane Trace won the discus. Over the next four events Fairfield Union won the 300 hurdles the 800 meters and the high jump with the long jump going to Athens. The score was Fairfield Union 81, Athens 62.5 and Zane Trace 28.5. Fairfield Union took three of the last five events 200 meters, 3200 meters and the 4x400 to give them 119 points and the win. Athens took second place with 75.5 and won the Pole vault with Zane Trace winning the shot put and scoring 39.5 point for third.

Boy teams are Athens, Fairfield Union and Zane Trace.

Zane Trace has the lead after four events after winning the 4x800, 4x200, Athens is in second and they won the 100 meters, Fairfield Union is in third as they took the 110 hurdles. With eight events finished it is Zane Trace with a 15-point lead over both Athens and Fairfield Union after they won the Shot put, 1600 and the 400, Fairfield Union won the 400. Fairfield Union caught fire in the next four event with them taking the high jump, 300 hurdles and the long jump to go up seven over Zane Trace and eight over Athens. The 800 was won by Athens. In the last five events Fairfield Union scored 31.5 points while winning the 3200 to win the meet by seven points. Zane Trace tried to make a run by winning the 200, discus, pole vault and the 4x400 but came up short. Athens could only score twelve points in the last five events to finish in third.
