Girls 1600/3200 - Which Adkins? I know you mean Lauren as a returner but Peyton makes Gallia more versatile in the distance events...Keep those legs fresh for 4x800 and 4x400 relays.

The Ironton boys 4 x 8 that took third at the leauge meet will only return 2 of the runners from that meet. Marc Carter only ran the 4 x 8 twice but one of those times was at league and he graduated. Justin Payne was a Sophmore last year and transfered to Symmes Valley. Reeves and Edens are the returners from that meet. Adam Stumbo ran in the 4 x 8 frequently through out the year and he is back. There are many people on the team that can step up and help the team. The team should be around 8:28 or 29 by the end of the year hopefully.
