Warren vs Eastern W.

Warren came away with winning thirteen events with six counting for 84/36 difference. Warren won four categories (distance, field, hurdles and the relays. Warren looks to have plenty of girls out that will allow then with depth.

Eastern won one event. Depth didn't seem to be a problem with them having the full forty-two spots filled.

There were three ties (discus, shot put and 3200 meters). The one category Warren didn't win was the sprints where it was tied.

Wheelersburg vs Chillicothe

Wheelersburg wins eight events with three scoring 42/06. Burg won to Categories. See no problem with depth.

Chillicothe won six events and two categories. Two best events scored out to 28/12. Looks like Chillicothe could use some work in four events.

There were three ties (100 meters, 400 meters and the 300 hurdles. The relays came out a tie.

Athens vs Fairland

Athens won fourteen events with seven scoring out to 98/36. Athens won four categories. Athens could use some depth in the pole vault.

Fairland took two events and had their best two score out to 28/12.

The field events came out to a tie with two apiece and one tie.

Fayetteville vs Point Pleasant

Fayetteville won seven events with their four best events scoring out to 56/18. Fayetteville took three categories (distance, hurdles and sprints). Fayetteville had only twenty-two spots filled out of forty-two. 4x800, 4x200, high jump didn't have anyone.

Point Pleasant took six events with the three best scoring out 42/12.They took the field events for the only winning category. Point only filled 31 spots out of forty-two. With the meet down to five events had the lead 86/84 and was outscored 32/24 over the last four events. This was a sixteen-event meet.

Huntington vs Minford

Huntington won six events, and four events scored out to 59/18. Huntington took two categories. Huntington was short by five girls from fielding a full team.

Minford came away with winning eight events with their top three events scoring out 42/16. Minford had nine girls from fielding a full team. Minford also took one category (sprints)

The 3200 did not run. There were two ties 1600 meters, and the shot put. Two categories came out a tie (field and the relays).

West Union vs Notre Dame

West Union won nine events with two scoring out to 28/00. They took three categories (distance, field and hurdles). The participated 39 of a possible 42 positions. High jump could use another girl.

Notre Dame won five events with their best two scoring out at 28/10. Notre Dame took the sprints. Participated 31 of a possible 42 positions. Could use work in the 4x800, discus, shot put.

There were two ties 100 meters and the 400 meters. There was no pole vault.

Fort Frye vs Southeastern

Fort Frye took nine events with three coming out to a score of 42/18. Fort Frye won two categories (distance and relays). They covered 36 of 42 positions show they could use some help in the 4x200, 300 hurdles and the 100 hurdles.

Southeastern won seven events with shot put being their best with a score of 14/06. They were able to cover 36 of 42 positions show they need help in the 4x100 and pole vault. Southeastern was able to take the sprints winning the 100 meters and ties the other sprints.

There were three ties (400, 200 and the long jump).

Federal Hocking vs North Adams

Federal Hocking took twelve events with six scoring out to 84/36. They won four categories (distance, hurdles, relays and the sprints). With no pole vault Federal Hocking covered 39 of 40 positions.

North Adams won four events with their two best being discus and shot-put scoring out to 28/12. North Adams also covered 39 of 40 positions.

Fairfield vs Fairland

Fairfield took eight events with the top two scoring 28/12. They won three categories (field, relays and sprints). They covered 37 of 40 positions. With four events left Fairfield trailed by eight then outscored Fairland 48/26 to come back to get the win. Needs some depth in the 100 hurdles, high jump and the 300 hurdles.

Fairland won six events with their best being the discus that scored 14/06. They won the distance and the hurdles. Covered 38 of 40 positions. Could use some help in the high jump.

Wheelersburg vs Adena

Adena came out with winning six events with the top event scoring 14/06. Adena filled 40 of the 42 positions. They could use some depth in the 400 and pole vault. At the midway point Adena was down by two and then was outscored 94/76 in the last nine events. Adena took the distance and relays.

Hillsboro took four events with the one big scored out to 14/06. They won one category (field). Covered all 42 positions. The events where Hillsboro lost would probably go their way against most SEO teams.

There was one category that came out a tie (hurdles). Had one event that tied (100 meters).

Warren vs Unioto

Warren finished with winning eight events with three scoring out to 42/18. They won two categories' (hurdles and the relays). Warren covered all 42 positions. Warren looks to be a solid team.

Unioto was in this meet up to the next to last event. They finished with winning five events three that scored 42/18. Unioto finish with taking one category (distance). They covered all 42 positions. It would be easy to say that this could come out different in a later rematch.

There were four events that came out to a tie(1600, 800, 200 and the long jump). Two categories finished tied (field and sprints).

Waverly vs Gallia

Waverly won 10 events with three coming out 42/18. They won three categories (distance, Relays and Sprints). they covered 38/40 positions. Needs some depth in the discus and the shot put.

Gallia took four events and one category (hurdles) Their best two events scored out to 28/08. They covered all 40 positions in the sixteen-event meet. With five events to go Gallia trailed by ten and was outscored 44/28.

There was no pole vault. Two ties (300 and the 200) The field events came out to a tie.

McClain vs Waterford

McClain won eleven events with their best scoring out to 14/04. They took three categories (field, hurdles and relays. they covered 37 of 42 positions. Need some depth in the 100 meters, 1600 meters, 3200 meters and the long jump. McClain is a good team, but they need some depth to go up against better teams.

Waterford won five events with their three best events scored out to 42/10. They won one category (distance). They covered 40 of the 42 positions. Need more depth for the 100 hurdles and the high jump.

Teams had one event with a tie and the sprints tied.

South Point vs Miami Trace

South Point won ten events with the best two scoring out to 28/12. They took four categories (field, hurdles, relays and sprints. they covered 41/42 positions. Could use some more depth in the 3200.

Miami Trace won four events with two scoring 28/12. They won one category (distance). They also covered 41 of 42 positions. Miami Trace was down by four with five events to go and finished twenty-four back. They could use more depth in the 3200 meters

Chillicothe won seven events with four scoring 56/16. They won four categories. Also covered 37 of 42 positions. Could use some depth in the discus, shot put and pole vault.

River Valley took seven events and won one category. They trailed 62/60 at the midway point and then was outscored 82/68. They covered 37 of 42 positions. Depth is needed in the 100 hurdles, discus, 300 hurdles, shot put and pole vault.

All three sprint events came out a tie.

Dawson-Bryant vs Eastern W.

Dawson-Bryant took five events. Neither team won a runaway event. DB won two categories (field and relays) This was a sixteen-event meet without the pole vault. Dawson-Bryant covered 38 of 40 positions. This meet was won on the last event (4x400). Might need some depth 300 hurdles.

Eastern won three events with one event scoring out to 14/04. (300 hurdles). Eastern covered all 40 positions. They won two categories (hurdles and the sprints).

Pole vault was not an event. There were eight tied events (1600 meters, 400 meters, high jump, shot put, 800 meters, 200 meters, 3200 meters and the long jump.

Point Pleasant vs West Union

Point Pleasant won nine events with best six events scoring out to 84/32. They took three categories field, relays and the sprints. Covered 33 of 40 positions. Need to have more depth in the 4x800, 100 hurdles, 1600 meters and the 3200 meters.

West Union won five events with three events scoring out to 42/00. They won two categories distance and hurdles. Needs more depth in the high jump and the hurdles. West Union was up 62/58 at the midway point and was outscore 76/64 after that.

There was no pole vault. two events tied 200 meters and the long jump

North Adams vs Minford

The 400 meters was the only event were there was a tie. The hurdles came out a tie in points.
