Look up some times from the Gallipolis 7th and 8th graders. I'd bet some high 12s there.

High 13's the state high school girls champ last year was a 12.5 100. and the state record is 11.8 dont get too carried away with saying some girls should be running in the 12;s in the 7th grade. If that is true they should be in the olympics.

9.9. If she can't run that, she's wasting everyone's time.

I found a copy of a meet my son competed in when he was in Jr. High. The meet was May 4th, 2005. I think it was probably the Jr. High SVC meet. These are the winners and times
Girls
1 Bryant Adena 13.70
2 Bull Westfall 13.80
3 Loel Adena 13.80
4 Barker PV 14.20
5 Horsley Unioto 14.40
6 Tatman ZT 14.40
7 Hill Piketon 14.80
8 Mitchell, B ZT 14.90
Seems like 13-14 seconds is a pretty average time.
