Triple jump blocked by OHSAA

I was informed the vote was 4 - 4 with one member being absent. Since it was a tie it gets turned down. Could they revote for this season at the next meeting?

If it is turned down can leagues still have it in their meet????

It can be an event in any league or invitational. And, it is my understanding that it can only be brought up again in 3 years. Will check into it.
