Lough from Warren is the best hurdler I have seen in SEO for a long time. He is the right size where he shouldn't have any trouble with the varsity Highs.

Not bad. As long as he can continue to develop into the high hurdles and adjust with the 200h turning into the 300h he will do well.

He might have more trouble with the 300 as you said coming from the 200 yards. Might get a little winded at the end. With the way he handled himself and Warren coaching it shouldn't take too long. I remember a boy from Warren that I never saw run the hurdles until part way through his jr year. IT looked as if he had ran them all the time. One thing different is he was a distant runner and the 300 wasn't too much. With Lough he is a sprinter and the 300h can be a trip for sprinters.

Landon Acree of Meigs vaulted 11' and with growing strength and speed could be something special. The Huff girl from vinton is going to be good at hurdles. I'm pretty sure she went undefeated for the season and broke meet records about everywhere she went. Broke Breeze's TVC record as a 7th grader and then broke her own record this year.
