Does all meets have a 4 by 1600 relay? or what?
If not why don't they? I have have always wondered why some meets will have them and others wont.

This was a RELAY meet. In relay meets they have all the regular relay events (4x100, 4x200, 4x400 and 4x800) and then they add some medleys and sometimes have the 4x1600m. There is usually a sprint medley (ie. 100, 100, 200, 400) and a distance medley (800, 400, 1200, 1600) and sometimes an intermediate medley (200, 200, 400, 800) and almost always the shuttle hurdles (4x100H or 4x110H). The field events are usually the top three results of each event added together for a total for each team.

The Medleys may vary from what is listed above (I have seen the distance be 800, 800, 1600, 3200) and usually there is no individual events.

These medleys, shuttle hurdles and the 4x1600m are not sanctioned events and are not run at regular meets or at district, regional or state. But sometimes it is fun to do something different...

Anyone know how Lucas Morris did in the High Jump? The web site lists the top 2 combined for each event. Ironton won by 14" with the top 2 combined jumping 12'2".

Lucas jumped 6'4. He attempted 6'6 but didn't get it. He did very well considering he has had a limited number of jumps, i see him having a big year.

Pretty good for his first jump of the year, can't wait to see his progress throughout the season.
