Logan over all has a lot coming back and should take the league.
There will not be very many sprinters getting around 11.0 in the league this year.
Royster from Portsmouth could if he runs this year.
Oates from Chillicothe could get near it but I don't think he does the 100-(he just might this year)
I think if Gory Straight is coming back he could be in the thick of things [Gallipolis]
Mays from Logan had leg problems most of the season and really never came around. Stimmel just might fool some people.

I think that everyone will be weaker in the distance races than the last several years. I think the same about PV and high jump.

In the hurdles they still have Brandon Graham, and I'm not sure who the other 110's runner will be. For the sprints there isn't anyone who can do as well as him I think, but they still have Stimmel and Mays.

Logan should have McCort and Ruff in the 110h and 300h too
In the shuttle they have Graham along with a boy that ran the huddles for the first time and did rather well-[can't think of his name] that will go alone with McCort and Ruff.
Ruff returns for his Jr year and hoping to take his third straight 300 titles

McCort needs to work on his speed some.He didn't lower his time from the 2008 season much.

In the 3200 Marietta has Wesel and Fobes that should go under 10:00 during the season.
Ironton has two very good PVs that will be going in the area of 14'
The big jumpers are gone in the high jump.Logan and Warren have boys that might be jumping 6' 4" at seasons end.
