I know the Logan boys are undefeated and the Logan girl were beaten by Warren by 4 points--their first defeat this year.
Don't know how Gallia is doing.
Right off I don't think Logan has went up against them yet.

The Gallia boys were 4th at Oak Hill. They have nice relay teams, some nice sprinters, and placed in the long jump. Distance and field events seem to need some work. The girls also finished 4th. They are about the same as the boys except they do have some distance runners that can compete. They also have a decent shot put girl.

This coming Saturday at Nelsonville/York's Middle School Invite, Logan will meet Gallipolis for the first time this season.
Warren from the SEOAL will also be there.
A field of 16 teams should be there--sounds like another great meet at Nelsonville/York

We'll finally get some times posted for them on Baums then. I know Gallia's times are on there for Oak Hill. Chilli came to Jackson along with Gallia last monday and they seemed to battle head to head with them. Jackson has a few that can place but i doubt they make much noise on either side.

Right now I would go with the boys from Logan and the Warren girls have a small lead over the Girls from Logan.
The girls from Warren came out on top over Logan by 4 points and in a league meet that could go either way.
Has anyone seen Irontons,Portsmouth

I have yet to hear anything on either program. They must be going to meets close to home. I'm surprised that they didn't take part in the Oak Hill Inv. If Warren's girls got those 4 winning points out of their distance runners, maybe your friends from Jackson can help take that edge away...

The Logan Boys are Loaded. They should place in the top 4 in every event. By the way the "scouting" report is both athletes would finish in the top four not just one athlete but both athletes entered. And now they have another long jumper.

Coming from an outside observer, I was very impressed with the Maniskas boy (sorry about the spelling) from Logan. He was the boys points leader at the Nelsonville-York JH Invitational on the 24th. He was very fast and smooth over those hurdles. The best JH boys hurdler I have seen this year.
On a side note, very proud of our Fairfield Union boys for finishing 2nd to Logan in this meet. Very nice meet and congrats to the girls who finished 4th. Carly Rose of FU was the top female runner for the meet.

Looks like the weather could play a role depending on what they mean by windy??? Logan boys should continue to roll but i'd have to say the girls side might be wide open between Warren, Gallia, and Logan. We'll see which team comes ready to compete... Good luck to everyone !!!

The time for the start of the meet has 1:00--so it should be pushing 60 by then.
Hope the wind stays down
