Congratulations to Chanda on scoring 31 points at Oak Hill in Div. III and setting two new district records along the way!! Chanda's records were in the high jump at 5'4" and in the 100 hurdles at 15.63.
Her 15.63 is also a new FH school record. Her 31 points came by winning the high jump, the 100 hurdles, placing third in the 300 hurdles and finishing fourth in the long jump.
She had an incredible meet! Qualifying to the regionals in 4 individual events!!!!!!!!! Great job by the Janitor!! Keep it going all the way to the State Meet!!

Her along with Hannah Hoffman of Belpre and Oakie Haynes of Coal Grove were the most impressive athletes of that huge meet IMO.

She torched the 100 hurdles and 5'4 high jump is silly.

All 3 of these athletes barring injury will be participating in the state meet.....and probably in multiple events.

Awesome ! Awesome! is the only way to describe what Chanda did at the regional meet at Fairfield Union Wednesday. It was very hot and humid, the high jumpers were facing the sun on every jump but Chanda was determined to win and SHE DID!!!! She won clearing 5' 3" and almost set a new school record, barely missing 5'7"!!!! Way to go C.C.!!!!!! YOU ARE AWESOME!!!
Do the same thing in the 100 hurdles!!!
Congrats to Erica Schmidt from Wheelersburg too. You two represented our district well!!!!!!!!
