Logan Distance

I'm very excited for the upcoming season. Should be an exciting year in the SEOAL. Logan Distance is on the uprise with better attitudes than previous years. Indoor times this year are impressive for us. I expect outdoor times to come down quick. We hope to carry our weight in the league meet and bring the League title home. Good luck to all Ohio teams in what should be an exciting year.

Yeah, well being excited is all good and well, but during the first week of the season we will not have three of those distance runners - because of a serious injury and family vacations during spring break.
However, they DID work hard since cross country season and we can cross our fingers that it does pay off in the outdoor track and field season.

cant wait to see them run. look for them to have a guy under 2 in the 800 and a couple more guys in the low 2s. they have a good grouple of guess that are working hard.
