I am looking for someone who is very experienced with hurdles and has a background in hurdles, and possibly even some fine tuning in blocks.

Whiteoak High School. About 15 min from Hillsboro. Senior girl that has a ton of colleges on her. Went to the regionals in all four of her events. Runs 300 hurdles, and could use some advanced help in blocks. She has the drive just looking for some fine tuning. Thanks for taking time to reply.

Read/watch EVERYTHING this guy says and does. He's amazing. His methods got me through a similar spot as yours, and now that girl has walked on at OSU. Not. To. Shabby.
