Dawson-Bryant takes a six-point lead over Spring Valley after four events Boyd Cty is twenty-six back. Winning events in the first four events was Boyd in the 4x800, Dawson-Bryant in the 100 hurdles and the 100 meters. Spring Valley won the 4x200. At the mid-point Dawson-Bryant has a twenty-eight-point lead over Spring Valley, and fifty-seven over Boyd. Winning events in the last four was Dawson-Bryant in the discus, 400 and 4x100. Ironton won the 1600 meters. With five events to go Dawson-Bryant is up twenty-two over Spring Valley, Seventy-five over Boyd and eighty-nine over Ironton. Spring Valley won the long jump and high jump the 300 hurdles and 800 meters went to Dawson-Bryant. Over the last five events Dawson-Bryant scored seventy-one points to win the meet with 210.5 points. Spring Valley 143.5 points, Boyd Cty 85, Ironton 72.5, Portsmouth 55, Chesapeake 44.5, St. Jose Catholic 14, Glenwood 7 and St. Jose 3. Winning events in the last five were Spring Valley 200 and 3200, Dawson-Bryant pole vault and 4x400 and the shot put went to Ironton. Dawson-Bryant scored in 15 events, Spring Valley 15, Boyd Cty 11 and Ironton 12.

With four events in the books, it is Spring Valley out in front by Twenty-nine over Chesapeake and thirty-five over Ironton. Winning events show Spring Valley taking the 4x800 and the 100 meters the 110 hurdles went to Chesapeake and the 4x200 went to Ironton. With eight events finished it is Spring Valley 101, Chesapeake 57 and Ironton 50. Spring Valley won the 4x100 and the 400 the shot put went to Ironton and the 1600 went to Dawson-Bryant. With five events left it is Spring Valley 133, Ironton 91, Chesapeake 83 and Dawson-Bryant 75. Spring Valley took the 3200 and the 4x400 to finish and win the meet with 170 points. Dawson-Bryant won the 200 and scored 44 points in the last five events to take the number two spot with 119 points. Chesapeake won the pole Vault and shot put to get the third spot with 113. Ironton manage just 17 points in the last five events to fall to the fourth spot followed by Boyd Cty with 41 Glenwood with 30 and St. Jose Catholic with 20. Spring Valley scored in all seventeen events averaging ten points in each event. Dawson-Bryant scored in twelve events Chesapeake fifteen and Ironton fourteen.
