South Point will have a one/two punch in the 100 meters with Emma Layne returning with the best time in SEO with a time of 12.18. Also, Leila Hull will bring back the third best time of 12.58. Chillicothe has Kiera Archer returning with the second-best time coming back with a 12.28. Waverly will have Paige O'Bryant returning with the fourth best time of 12.80. Gallia should have Gracyn Clark coming back at 13.05. Jacey Smith will return for Adena with a time of 13.06, Fairfield looks to have Vivian Henninger with a 13.07 returning. The eighth best time coming back will be Jackson's Lil Mapes with a time of 13.18.

Girls 200 Meters

Doesn't look like there will be a school with a one/two punch. South Point will have Emma Layne with the fastest time of 25.07. Chillicothe has Kiera Archer with the second-best time at 25.50. Paige O'Bryant from Waverly will come back with a 26.51. Jaylee Orsborne from Federal Hocking has a 26.56. Southeastern will bring a 26.99 from Karlie Peters. Fort Fyre has E. Richards at 27.11. Athens will have Jilian Bourque with a 27.13. Gracyn Clark from Gallia and Ella Hochstetler from Wheelersburg come back with a time of 27.22. Lil Mapes from Jackson returns with a 27.33

Girls 400 Meters

The top time in the 400 coming back is Kiera Archer from Chillicothe with a time of 56.44. Next up is Samiya Bradshaw with time of 57.66 from South Point. Southeastern will have Karlie Peters with a 59.76. Paige O'Bryant from Waverly will be being a 1:00.77. Jilian Bourque from Athens has a 1:01.12. Fort Frye has E. Richards with a 1:01.31. Edie Templeton from Southern has a time of 1:01.79 coming back for 2025. Federal Hocking shows Jaylee Orsborne with a 1:01.49

Girls 800 Meters

Athens will be loaded in this event. Sophia Szolosi returns with the top time at 2:17.64. Hillsboro will have the number two spot with Jailn Williams at 2:20.24. Athens comes in with the top two hurdlers with Adelaide Littel at 46.70 and Alexa Reed at 46.94. Ella Hochstetler from Wheelersburg will bring a 47.14. Brenna Wright from McClain will have a 47.22. Baker with a 124' 04". Eden Bosko of North Adams with a 118' 09". Dawson-Bryant has Isabella Wynn with a 116' 00". Point Pleasant will have a second girls S. Plants with a 112' 03". Eastern R. has Brooklyn Barkley with a 110' 10". Joey Burton from Portsmouth West comes with a 109' 07". Whitney Morrison from Unioto come in with a 107' 10". Wheelersburg comes in with a second girl at 107' 04". Huntington shows Maddelyn Smith at 106' 07". Matalynn Conrad from Whiteoak will have a throw of 104' 09". Paige O'Bryant from Waverly has a 17' 05.00" leap that leads the SEO for the beginning of 2025. Fairland will have Molly Dunlap at 16' 09.00". Abby Stohn from Athens will have a 16' 04.50". Wheelersburg will see Gracie Perkins at 16' 04.25". At 16' 03.50" will be S. Starcher from Warren. Northwest has Claire Newman with a 16' 02.75". Washington will see Aysha Haney at 16' 02.00". Point Pleasant will bring C. Patrick with a 16' 01.50". Samiya Bradburn from South Point has a 16' 00.00"

Girls Pole Vault

Annamaria Montle of Federal Hocking will start the season at the top of the pole vault with a SEO best 12' 02". Warren will have A. Rauch at the # two spot. K. Buckhanan from Fort Frye will be at the third spot. Three girls will come in at 9' 00' Becca Bergstrom of McClain, Bindi Staley from South Point and Reise Grant of Zane Trace. Adena's Kali Routte will be right behind them at 8' 08'. Joey Neal of Minford, K. McCutcheon from Point Pleasant, Allie Stallard from Dawson-Bryant and Aidyn Danison of Unioto all come with 8' 06".

Girls Shot Put

Ella Hochstetler from Wheelersburg starts out with a 41' 03". Kaegan Henderson has a 38' 09" from Ironton. Leah Lovett of McClain with a 36' 04". Klara Klaiber from Dawson-Bryant at 36' 03". South Point's Savannah Perego with a 36' 02". 35' 11" will go to H. Baker of Point Pleasant. Kyleigh Warren from Nelson/York comes in with a 35' 09". S. Plants from Point Pleasant with a 35' 05". Emilee Moermond at 35' 04". Rowan Ruckel from Southeastern and Amber Blevins of Wheelersburg show up with a 34' 10". Addison Maynard will be at 34' 06" and Makinley Hanes of Unioto has 34' 02.50".

Girls 4x100

Athens will have three girls coming back from a time of 50.50. River Valley also will be bringing three girls back from a 50.88. Wheelersburg has three coming back from a 51.13. Jackson with a time of 51.44 will have three back. Gallia will have three girls back from a 52.04. Alexander has a time of 52.83 and will have three coming back. Point Pleasant will see three coming back with a 53.21. Warren will see three coming back and a time of 53.34. Fairfield has three back and a time of 53.42. Adena will see everyone back and will improve on a 54.32. Waverly also has everyone coming back from a time of 54.43. Zane Trace has everyone back from a 54.90.

Girls 4x200

Hillsboro will see everyone back from a time of 1:42.56 in 2024. Athens had a time of 1:45.74 and will have four return. River Valley will see three back from a time of 1:47.42 in 2024. Jackson had a time of 1:50.31 in 2024 with all coming back. Federal Hocking will see all four back from their 1:50.67 time. A 1:51.96 from Adena will see three coming back. Wheelersburg ran a 1:52.04 in 2024 and will see all four back. Marietta saw a 1:52.10 and will have three back this coming spring. Warren should do well with three coming back from a time of 1:52.11. Westfall had a 1:53.13 in 2024 and will have four coming back. Waverly returns four from a 1:53.71.

Girls 4x400

A 2024 time of 4:04.70 from Athens and everyone should return puts them at the top. River Vally will see everyone back from a 4:11.47. South Point ran a 4:05.84 last year and has three back. McClain should do well with three back from a 4:07. in 2024. Unioto should have everyone back from a 4:19.65. Jackson will return three from a 4:16.80. Waverly saw a 4:21.80 and has four back. A 4:19.01 from Warren should be in the hunt with three back.

Girls 4x800

Athens will have everyone back from a 9:36.37 time in 2024. Waverly ran a 9:57.28 in 2024 and will have three returning. Fort Frye will see four return from a 2024 time of 10:26.01. Unioto will see three back from a 10:01.47 last year. A 10:38.38 in 2024 from Waverly and four back should do well. A 10:49.05 for Belpre should do well with four returning. With three coming back Hillsboro will do fine at 10:34.86. South Webster will have four back with a time of 11:03.55. Miami Trace will see three back after a 2024 time of 10:47.67. Vinton Cty will have four back from a 11:04.64. Wellston ran a 11:04.99 and has four back. Dawson-Bryant will see four back from a 11:28.84
