Please note that we will be having a meeting tomorrow night (Monday, January 5th), at 6:30 pm, in Athens...Grover Center W129. We will start plans for the championship tournament and voting on some rule issues, so your attendance is important and valuable to the league.
Please bring the following with you:
- Team Rosters to include: names, 1st weigh-in weights, ages as of February 15th, t-shirt sizes, coaches names and their t-shirt sizes.
- $200.00 Fee Payment
- Dual Schedule (if not already sent to me...I'm STILL missing some!)
Please be prepared to discuss changes in how we handle the tournament. There were a lot of problem issues last year, and I hope to get them cleared-up this year.
We will also be discussing a couple of items that came up this year and voting on them (possible changes to the rules).
Once again, I have attached an updated contact list. Meigs and Waterford have both dropped-out. Not because they don't want to be in the league, but because of situations that have caused them to just not be able to get in this year. I'll explain more at the meeting. So, we currently have 13 teams in the league. I have also attached the rules again. Some of you were having trouble opening one or both of these documents. If you are, please let me know. I'll have hard copies for the meeting tomorrow night.
I know not all of you are able to come tomorrow night. I will be holding another meeting in a couple of weeks.
