Just heard that Steven won his match today so he is already a STATE PLACER. He could get as high as third place and no lower than eighth place.

I cried the second I got the text from Coach. Steven is a GREAT kid and obviously a GREAT wrestler! We are SO proud of you.

Bulldog mom i just talked to Stevens mom and aunt that are at state with him and they asked the coach what time it would be for Steven and they said 8 to 8:30

Thanks for the information! I had heard from someone who was there to support him that it would be 6...I'll keep my fingers crossed for him.

Steven just won his match 4-3 with a takedown in the last few seconds of the match. He will continue on his quest tomorrow morning. He is guaranteed at least 6th place at this point.
