Important Open mats for Team Hammers

Open mats for Monday at 6:15 will be very important try and make it. I will be able to be there at 6:00 tonight. I will give out shirts shorts and the pools and time of the matches.

Great workout last night! My 115 pounder lost 2.5 pounds in an hour and 15 mins. ( not bad for an open mat).The Nelsonville Hammers shirts look so good that I had to buy one for myself! This is going to be a great way to see where these young wrestlers are at vs. the states best competition. GOOD LUCK!
