The big match was Moody over Lazear. Moody controlled the match and did well. 145 Dakota Hook was winning 5-0 when Hook got caught as Covington scrambled well and pinned Hook. Athens is very strong in most weights and have some very good kids. They are not the dual team they were last year but still have some very good kids. Should have no problem winning the TVC. Nice job Athens.

Athens shut Trimble out not sure of the score but did not loose a match.

for the record holliday at 52 and nicolas proctor at 89

the scoreboard for the trimble dual read 82- (-1) but i don't see how 82 points is possible since there was a double forfeit at 112 so im going to assume the final score was 76 to -1

We had a great Athens county wrestling match last night. There were a couple exciting match ups and a lot of support. I want to thank everyone for coming out and supporting you local wrestlers.
