Warren makes that long trip to Chillicothe tonight for a tri which includes Vinton . How and why do you schedule a school night match that far away? The bus is not do back till 11:30pm. I guess there was a scheduling conflict at Vinton where this was to take place so it was moved the Chilli. Well anyway the Warriors wrestled very well last weekend in winning their own tournament. The coaching staff has the team prepared and wrestling hard. They are still giving up a couple of weight classes but things are looking up and the future is bright.

Heard yesterday evening that a freshmen that had quit has come back out and Warren will soon have a 119. Means that they are only giving up 152 or 160? Wish them well tonight. And wrestling can sometimes take along time for a tri. A few years ago Warren wrestled at Marietta and last match walked off the mat around 11p.m., only 7 miles from home.

Winning/success = numbers coming out to wrestle. Sounds like this young man wants to be apart of a winning team again. This team is so young hope they stick together. Lots of potential for the next few years. I'm also impressed with what I'm hearing from the youth programs. Warren wrestling has a bright future ahead. Good job coaching staffs from top to bottom, keep up the good work.

I hear Vinton wasn't there afterall so the team got back much earlier than originally thought. Warren beat Chillicothe by around 12 points something like 40 to 28.

Another solid win guys, great job...I'm thinking the SEOAL is starting to look like Logan vs. Warren. This young team is outperforming themselves for their youth. West Jeff is usually one of the top teams in Columbus. I imagine this year is no different.

What a loooooong trip for a dual. Understand that Vinton had some sort of conflict in scheduling. Anyway a good job by the Warriors. Always good to get some wins for the young guys before the meat of the season. Confidence is a must in wrestling. Happy Holidays to all and good luck Warriors.

West Jeff is loaded in every weight class. Arguably the best team in Central Ohio all divisions.

With Bishop Ready coming up and kids finally being able to move down to certain weights will have them close to a full line up. Pending eligibility should have a full team by the league tournament.
West Jeff is predicted to win the State duals for D3 this year. Manhandled New lex, and beat Teas Valley already.
