Looks as if DIII will have some major changes again this year. Here are the teams that are close. Looks to me like the cutoff for DIII and DII may move up to around 225 just guessing. Last years cutoff was 216. Bucksman will give a more accuate number.

Chillicothe was 339 previously now showing 561.
That's a very large jump.

I have no idea why ohsaa puts this out early. The numbers are way off. They adjust them and put them out there again. They do this every year they do their counts. In a few weeks they will post the correct ones

Chillicothe has already sent in an appeal. So their numbers should be changing for sure.

Unless Chillicothe reports an error of about 150 students they will still be D1 so no change in wrestling but possibly other sports.

Ill bet the avg change for schools is over 100 kids. They do this every so often. It will be much different for most schools in a couple weeks

Chillicothe's numbers were way off. Spoke with the principal this past weekend.
Guess this was a state wide thing with multiple schools numbers. So no division change in the cards for Chillicothe.
