2021-22 FAC Season

Post by FACSPORTS »

Who lost the most? Who returns the most? Who is the preseason favorite this year? FAC POY Contenders? Any 100+ win wrestlers or guys close? Incoming freshman that will make an immediate impact?

Team to beat
Miami Trace this is by far there best sport. THey have won every FAC title and have the most SCOL titles before the league broke up.
They return many wrestlers ranked in the state.

THey will represent the FAC in the State Duals wrestling playoffs. There first round match is with GAllia Academy

Probably a few 100 win maybe even some closing in on more
Branton Dawes WCH and Mason Mustain WCH are over 100 wins and closing in on 150
Junior Ian Roush of WCH will be close to 100

Miami Trace has Weston Melvin , Jayden Lebeau, and Vincent Munro, Kylan Knapp, Bryce Bennett all should be close or over 100

Freshman making impact if they wrestle on the boys side alot
Jackson Mckenna Craft will be ranked top 5 on the girls side in the state and will be ranked top 10 nationally on the girls side. She also will have a chance to qualify to state on the boys side if she is at 106.

Chillicothe has a good freshman group

Washington CH has a Freshman girl that is ranked top 5 girls side in the state and ranked nationally. She also will compete some in duals She won 2 league titles in ms .

Should be some very good battles in the FAC this year !

Is MT the only FAC school to return any state qualifiers?

How does the FAC look so far this year? I have seen that MT is doing pretty well to start.
