Re: Girls Tennis SE Ohio District2 Regional results
By the way, all seven of the Portsmouth players advanced to 3rd round play at the District #2 regionals:
Ashleigh Link (singles qualifier)
Leda Daehler (singles lost to qualifier Stephanie Days)
Crystal Carpenter (singles lost to qualifier Lauren Dever)
Kalyn Purdy/Caroline Khoury (doubles qualifier)
Kaitlyn Carter/Kayla Rondio (doubles lost to qualifier Wilson/Cobb)
There are no seniors on the Portsmouth team, so expect them to be a major player in district competition for the next several years.
Congratulations to first-year coach Amy Keating and all the girls on both the varsity and junior varsity for a third place finish in the SEOAL and an overall great season.

Correction: it is "sectionals", not "regionals".. big difference
