Who would you list as NY top 11 on both offense and defense of all time.

I like Casey Nunguster at FB ... And Tony Breez anywhere on the defensive line ... And I'm guessing most folks would put Justin at tail-back ...

Which is why I always say the 1992 team was the best at NY ... Of course Bish would beg the differ; he thinks the world revolves around the 81 team ...

When I post about the best NY teams later this week, '92 will be high on my list. I would also have the "Murray City Maniac" at FB. Justin Gail at TB. I'd probably give Taggart the nod at QB, but Robey has to fit in somewhere as well. I'd have to do some thinking about the other positions.

Taggert at QB? Really. In front of Edwards, Robey, Dean, Meade, Bateman. He was a great leader but his stats were not all that impressive. Of course outside of his 20 game win streak during the regular season, plus that State Championship thing I guess I could
see where you were going. But all time at the QB spot..Not sure I agree.
Only spot that I would say is 100% is Gail at TB and Mays at LB. All other positions could be a toss up. Good topic...I like it...Will be thinking about it tonight. Maybe I can come up with some old time names!

BINGO. You can't win 24 games in a row and not have a great QB. 13-0 in '81 and 11-1 in '82. State Championship one year and a State Semi Finalist the next.

All-time coach would be Boston Sr. That goes without saying.

Galentin would have to be in there somewhere, he's the fastest I have seen down there, can't remember if he played wing or running back definetly agree with starting Taggart at QB his stats would have been much better, but the rest of them 81-82 teams were so good they didn't need him as much, but the tough games he excelled when they needed him, also Robey,Gail and the Edwards boy would be in there somewhere and A guy named Tolliver on the line was pretty good and of course Mays the best of the bunch, Woodson might have been the best all around player playing multiple positions even kicker don't think he ever left the field.
