No more big runs for them Valley. If they score, make them work the clock for it.

He's been very impressive so far. CV has a nice smash and dash with Montegomery and Minnch respectively. They have been very tough to stop

Time to rest the starters if you can. Big game ahead. Stay focused.

Senators ran out of time against Wynford, so it will be Valley taking them on in a regional championship.

That's the end of this one. Valley looked very impressive in the second half. Crestview did a fine job of running the ball all night, but the Indians were just too much.

Congrats to Crestview for a great season.

42-12 is the final

Way to go Valley. Next up: Wynford. Play like you did this evening against them and you will come out on top.

Congratulations to Valley, you prevailed, as many of us expected that you would. Now, get ready for Bucyrus. Will be interesting where this game gets played.

Great job to Valley. Best of luck next week! Too bad we didnt have an all SOC matchup for the regional final.

Just got back from West's game. I picked Valley to win this game and they did. I thought West would lose but it was closer than I thought and if they could have passed (just a little) it would have been an all SEO regional final. Valley will beat Wynford and they can stop the pass (West did fine for much of the game but a couple big throws hurt them). The QB for Wynford is a good size kid, is very athletic and throws a pretty ball and his receivers dropped 3 perfect passes that would have gotten big yardage if caught. Their running game is not good against a good defense and the QB also runs a lot of plays for himself (draws, dives, sprint outs, etc.). It seemed everytime tonight when they needed a first down he took it himself for 3 or 4 yards. West softened him up tonight so Valley can get the knock out next week. Prediction: Valley 28 - Wynford 17 (Guaranteed from what I've seen). "Please mix a couple passes in there and it might be over early".

I don't know if any teams run it these days but when the linebackers were crowding the line of scrimmage, we would run a "pop pass."
If the linebackers are making the correct reads, both guards block down, the QB fakes to the FB up the middle, and hits the tight end across the middle. Even if it wasn't successful, it kept the linebackers off the ball.

Congratualtions to the indians. Guess those prison farm boys put some work in this week on their 'cow pasture'. Valley is that good this year, take them lightly and you'll get beat by 4+ TD's. Would love to see them win the region next week. Go SOC II!

Well, it was a bad night for SEO except for Valley, the only team from SEO I picked to win tonite. Congrats on the win. However, next week may be a surprise. Get ready.
