What was the best field you played on in High School

Whats the best field to play on, the toughest crowd or enviroment. Lets all reminisce a little bit and have some fun with this.

Besides playing at Allard Park, I would have to say the field at valley was the best away field I played on.

The one and only Red Zone aka Minfords field. Especially after the renovations. GOAT has pretty good one

Cooper Stadium, brand new artificial turf. The Reds and Indians played there the day before.

Amanda Clearcreek in week 11 for the intimidation factor. Nothing like playing in a cornfield!! And a toss up between Athens and Fairfield Union for the playing environment. Always seemed comfortable playing at both places.

Fawcett Stadium,Canton even before it became Hall Of Fame Field.As I go to stadiums following the grandkids in southeast Ohio I would have liked to played at Nelsonville Yorks Boston Field,except for that darn canon.

The old West is one of the best if not the best field to play on Mike Mitchell was god of grass. That field was always in prestine condition. The toughest enviroment was Tank Stadium opening weekend on a Saturday night game with a packed crowd.

I agree with the old West stadium, that was always a tough place to play. The grass was like playing at a college stadium...It was always rocking when way played there..

best environment... Grove City... nothing like 8 to 10 thousand who absolutely hate the fact that you exist.

nicest... Upper Arlington... Those guys are rich

coolest, best history... Spartan Stadium(Portsmouth) ... Its a shame they don't play there anymore...No new shiny facility could ever be better than good old Spartan. All it needed was some love and some paint and maybe some turf.

I think it would have been 83 or 84 at NY old field when vistors bleches broke and 40 people went to the ground...
