2009 southeastern Ohio BOLD predictions

Give a bold prediction on a team coach or player in se Ohio on this up coming season mine isn't real that bold but I feel the Logan Chieftains will make it to the state semifinals this season .... All right let's hear them

Trevon Pendleton will get have 1,250 yards rushing, and 100 tackles on defense...
At least three Soc II teams will make playoffs: West, Minford, Burg, and possibly Valley or Waverly...
Minford will finally beat the Burg
Oak Hill will take home its first Soc
Piketon will not be able to dethrone Westfall
Bob Lutz will get the Ohio all-time wins record
Coal Grove will win the Ovc and make the playoffs
I know theres some controversial predictions, but thats just what I think

I'll bet right now this one doesn't happen. There is no way that West can make it to the Region 19 championship.













Don't get upset Sider fans, they can't make the region 19 championship because they are in d4 this year. Maybe the region 15 championship?

As for my bold predictions
1 The Trojans win a share of the SEOAL, but don’t go undefeated in league play.
2 That means Logan suffers first SEOAL loss in 5 years.
3 Ironton beats Logan but doesn’t win SEOAL out right
4 Burg wins SOC2, loses in region 19 championship
5 Portsmouth goes undefeated in The Coliseum.
6 Oak Hill wins SOC 1, and makes playoffs
7 Burg crushes oak hill first round of playoffs

That is very bold...however, I think they have a good shot to make a run at it...I also think Waverly could take it, kind of the same scerenio as West, they had a small senior class the previous year, had a losing record in a year they were expected to at least be decent, return a lot of starters...and if (and thats a big if) they worked hard in the offseason (and I don't know, I would assume they would, a 4-6 record is big motivation), they could win the Soc right out from under everyone

i agree with you WHSwarrior. i think warren is going to creep up on afew programs this year. i was impressed with there play last year. i would like to see you guys keep a coach that will start building a nice program down there.

Ill just stick to the SEOAL cuz I know it best.

1. Chilli will be playing in week 13
2. Warren will win its four of it's 5 non-league games one of it's five league games
3. Logan will NOT go undefeated
4. Logan, Ironton, Chillicothe, and 1 more team will make the playoffs.
