After watching these teams first scrmmage, how are these two going to matchup?

No I don't think they scrimmaged Wednesday. If they did then I think that would have been 3 scrimmages plus the one tonight.

I don't have an in and haven't followed that closely but I know they scrimmaged Green and I think someone last Friday/Saturday.

Belpre had a non-contact scrimmage against Morgan and Caldwell on Wednesday.Eastern wasn't there.

I didn't see much of Morgan against Caldwell but they looked pretty good against Belpre,couple of nice long passes,good defense.Belpre didn't do too bad against Caldwell,played without Tyler Watkins due to knee problem. Defense is looking better.still kind of young at skill positions,but they are learning.Ullman was quarterbacking,getting him healthy and back 100% will definitly help them

thanks papaw, i didn't realize it was a "passing scrimmage" or whatever it's called. morgan instead of eastern. let's hope things go well tonight and everyone avoids injury in preparation for next week. go eagles! golden eagles that is!

Eastern won the varsity part of the scrimmage 26-21.Eastern led at Halftime 26 - 7 and Belpre scored 2 touchdowns in the 3rd quarter on 2 long runs by Eric Waderker and RaShawn Miller. Jv's played last half of 3rd quarter and 4th quarter.Belpre was without Tyler Watkins or Clay Ullman.
