Chief..yeah..this is Logans first shutout..along with L'ville winning..St. Charles lost to DeSales..so that might put Logan at #2 in the region.

I'm wanting to say 4? I know they had 3 picks in the first half..I think the Chiefs got a fumble recovery too?

Yes...they play Warren in 2 weeks...not taking anything away from Warren..but they haven't had a very rough schedule..Their opponents combined records heading into this week was only 6-23. I think the Chiefs should be just fine against them. Week 9 against Jackson should be a tougher game than Warren.

pretty impressive win for the chiefs, the rest of the season will be a cakewalk
as long as logan plays decent they'll win the rest of their games by 30

Sorry phan..don't think Jackson is going to be a 'cakewalk'. That's a good rivalry game..and Jackson is looking like a good team this year. Hope I'm wrong..but I have that game circled on my schedule as the one to look out for. But I think the Chiefs will take care of them.

logan coulda easily put 40 up tonight just penalties hurt them and turnovers didnt help but a good game by the defense to pitch a shut out....

Chiefs did what was expected tonight. Played good defense and kind of opened the eyes of the Zville crowd(which was a pretty nice crowd).

i was impressed with the logan receivers tonight they all seemed to make some amazing over the sholder catches like on the first play that was sweet. i think when that happend the z ville team knew they were in for along night way to take the lead in the series also.

Zanesville picking a bad time to play their worst game of the season. I can't say I'm surprised, Logan is very good & can make that happen. There was a reason I did not pick a winner & I'm glad that I didn't! Good luck to Logan & hopefully they can bump off of a few "non seo" teams in the playoffs!

Now this is on paper and stats say Warren can take Jackson

As far as Logan's defense goes it is like that old saying " speed kills". Chiefs D was outstanding last night and even though they gave up 26 points Zanesville did a rather good job of getting after #7. Chiefs just need to work a little on their pass pro. But other than that they looked great. Now, who is next?

I'm really tickled about Logan's defense. That was the big question mark going into the season. Now it just might be their strength. I know the offense gets all the headlines but weather can really affect it and timing can be off on certain nights. But if you have a good, solid defense, it can come to the table every game. Go Chiefs! :-D

Does Ohio do State football rankings or just regional rankings? And if they do state rankings where would I find them at?

The only rankings that count are regional computer points. You can find them at OHSAA website or got to JoeEitel.com. JJ Huddle does a statewide power poll on their site and actually has Logan #1 in the State DII. Also, AP puts out a weekly poll and Logan is currently third in DII according to it.
