Great game. A lot closer than the final. 6 turnovers for the Spartans killed them. The refs tonight didn't look like they were all there. Pass Interference call on Alex before the half and the face mask when they sacked Athens changed a lot. Instead of being 7-0 going into half it's 13-0. That's why you play the game though.

I am all for giving teams credit but Athens dominated play from the 2nd Quarter and on...

Alexander has the best team I have seen for them in over 15 years...so keep your heads up...
But Athens was just too much tonite and what a performance by the Athens D....zero points allowed to Alexander's Offense and held them to around 120 yards of Offense give or take some yards...

Ok buddy. You have neutral people saying it was closer than the score. Alex's D just got tired. Didn't help getting your starting tackle kicked out and your middle linebacker go out the first series and be out for pretty much the whole game.

Gotta wonder why Athens wanted in the TVC. Large school and they always had Logan to compete with. Got to wonder why the TVC would also vote them in. Really though, they seem pretty weak against much smaller schools.

I just heard it. That's why this radio show is worthless. Great game Athens however I don't think we'll make playoffs if we go 10-0. can someone help me on that? If not it because of the weak schedule and us being a DII school. BEEF up the non-league schedule. Stop playing Federal Hocking and Wahama.
