Also, Jackson fans will like to know that (theoretically) the Ironmen have an outstanding shot to make the playoffs at 10-0, and a 21% chance to miss at 9-1. So...win, and you're in!!

Most likely to go 10-0, but miss the playoffs

Firelands (Oberlin) (7-0, D3 R9) 5% (20%)
Jackson (7-0, D3 R12) 1% (1%)
Crestview (Ashland) (7-0, D5 R19) 1% (1%)
Grandview Heights (Columbus) (7-0, D5 R19) 1% (1%)
Southeast (Ravenna) (7-0, D3 R9) 1% (1%)

Glad it's only a 21% chance instead of 31%.

Definitely hope that the Ironmen remove all doubt, though, and just win 'em all.

Ridgewood lost 28-14 today to Liberty Center. Looks like Wynford, Nelsonville-York, and Valley are your new top 3!!!

Region 15 Projections
1) St Clairsville 25.67
2) Johnstown-Monroe (Johnstown) 22.48
3) Coshocton 20.79
4) Amanda-Clearcreek (Amanda) 16.83
5) Chesapeake 16.36
6) Ironton 15.07
7) Martins Ferry 14.50
8.) Meigs (Pomeroy) 13.40

A lot depends on week 9 games:
Can Coshocton knock off Hartley?
Can Martins Ferry knock of St. C?
Then week 10:
Can Amanda knock off Logan Elm?
Can Chesapeake hold off Coal Grove?

Crazy to think that 18 teams in R19 still have a shot at the playoffs. And, only 1 team doesn't have a win yet.

Yep, it's definitely been one of the more competitive years in Region 19 this year. It should be a lot of fun to watch it all play out.

Congratulations to St. Clairsvillle, Johnstown, Coshocton and Amanda Clearcreek you've all had great years and probably earned in a spot in the top four of the region and one of you will be rewarded by a first round playoff game against Ironton. More than likely not what they would have hoped for.

All 4 top teams that you mentioned can score points. Ironton's defense has been bad as of late. I am sure they are hoping for it. They are probably foaming at the mouth to kick Ironton when they are down.

I guess it beat the alternative of a trip to Ironton...
