locos: anyway you can do a 1st and 2nd team by position?

Here is how it works:

The coaches meet and put their player nominations on the board and talk about each one. Then the coaches vote (can't vote for you own player) on a first group of 11. (1st = 11 pts., 2nd = 10 pts., etc). Then then the coaches vote again using the same process and you get a second group of 11 giving you a total of 22 all-seoal players.

Then each coach can select two of his players as honorable mention.

With the flawed process, you could get all 8 QB's, 8 RB's, and 6 WR's and no lineman. It is definitely not the best way of doing it.

I agree. What you end up with is the best 7 on 7 team. Except no one is there to snap the ball. :lol: :lol:

Locos has been doing a 1st, 2nd and honorable mention team since 2002.

I'll post my 1st and 2nd team along with Honorable Mentions after week 10 (and all league games are over.) I will not see Portsmouth live this season unfortunately (like last year). But I have seen them on tape a couple of times.
