I remember getting ready to play agains Trimble in the '89 playoffs at Athens High School. The locker room walls were
very thin at the time and we were waiting for COach McDavid to deliver his pre-game's speech, when we hear the Trimble
coach deliver his pep talk. It was fine until he mentioned that even though there was twice as many of us, we did not have even half
the heart of his team.

At this poin our locker room errupted and we srapped on the gear. Coach McDavid walked in started to say something and saw the look
on our faces. The only words he said were "You're ready, let's go". We proceeded to go out and take a 30-0 first half lead in route to a 43-22
victory.

The first time the Trojans did this was against Burg in 99, when they upset the then undefeated #1 ranked Pirates.
