I wasnt banned per say but i was reprimanded for calling out Lancasters cry baby team in week one. plus its a shame for the to do that in the middle of the play offs ,real classy.This will be my site from now on.

I am sure I will be banned here after this post, but so be it. Mustangmom and her bunch of merry men here seem to have some sort of bizarre obsession with the demise of the Huddle. If you really want to make this a site that ALL posters are welcome I might suggest you make it inviting and informative and not one for the "cool kids" . The Huddle was awesome at one point, its not anymore, no reason to put salt in the wound. I dont recall that ever happening there toward this site, and I am a faithful reader of both,peace.

First off Never knew I had a "ban of merry men" I think you will find the people on here can very well think for themselves.

Second Almost everyone on here BEFORE P.P. Puddle went to a free site, was BANNED from there. why? well some mentioned a "website" , some other reasons. I mean come on you pay a "one time fee" and then get banned forever for someting petty like that? then they go to a free site some (cough, cough) NCF used the same name only to get banned again for a lifetime that and he referred to them as moneynuts.com. Now they want to charge people AGAIN for what so they can ban them again?
Now before you say something about well mentioning other websites. KII runs a little site just for Ironton football I have not been there the last couple years but it was mostly history of Ironton football and pictures. Very interesting I might add and the history I never knew. so why shold someone who promotes a site like that get banned?

Or how about the fact that thier "wonderful" articles only deal with schools in columbus or north any team south of columbus was treated like a redheaded stepchild. You know it took a parent sending the puddle a nasty letter to them to get an article written on Westfall over there, reminding them that Joe eitle graduated from Westfall. Or how about an article about what coach Lutz has accomplished in his time as coach? If your school was North of I70 you got respect, south of 70 they hoped would go away.

Now they want me an others on here to pay $12.00 to support thier failing magazine full of articles that has nothing to do with the teams that we would want to read about?

No sir P.P. Puddle can fail for all I and others on here for all I care.

SEOP show fairness to all teams in southern ohio, they welcome everyone. they give you a WARNING if you mess up, a temp suspension (a few times) if you keep screwing up, and then a forever ban and even those at times can be lifted.

MattAsh and the moderators of this site have been more than fair over the years. Frankly, GAHS Forever had every reason to send me packing and to tell me to put it where the sun doesn't shine, but he didn't, and I certainly learned from it.

I've found that if you act like a decent adult, don't belittle other posters, and stick to the facts, you will be OK on here. Actually, you follow these simple rules, and people will respect you, and you might actually become friends with some of these folks.

I've met a few posters face-to-face, and hope to meet more. Putting a face to a user name is absolutely a huge difference maker when it comes to responding to folks on here.

SEOP is by far the best website in terms of the mods and the posters. Yea, you get a few knuckleheads who need to be put in their place, but overall, I have zero complaints about this website.

The mods messed up and accused me of doing something that I had nothing to do with in the last week, and when I pointed out their mistake, it was taken care of quickly, and all the mods were informed. Thanks OZ, you rock!

Does this site plan on adding forums to cover other areas of Ohio now that it is the ONLY free discussion board for high school sports? Being an alum of a school in your coverage area, I enjoy being a part of this board. But now living, supporting, and coaching in another area and school district, I only had the huddle to rely on for any information and talk about my school and my league. Like most, I refuse to pay to be a member of a site that I have been a free member of since it was started many years ago. Personally I'd like to see it cover ALL schools and leagues south of Columbus (anywhere below I-70 would be covered). Any chance of this happening?

If you even put SEOPS in a post, they would ban you. I had been a member over there for awhle. Had been kicked off a time or two. Never again will I go back, even if they open it back up again. That site can dry up for as far as I'm concerned.

Hey guys i also just came over from JJ's... i live up in northeastern ohio but have family down in ironton and follow the tigers closely. Hopefully i can give everyone some insight on the teams from up north when its helpful as i have seen some of ironton's competition for the state title play this year like chagrin falls and woodridge.

I've read this site for a while now, but just recently joined up since the Huddle decided to ruin their's. Being an alum of a current PVC school, I'm hoping more PVC followers make the switch. Although, it would help if the people here at SEOP tried to incorporate more PVC related news and topics to this site. I mean, we are in South-East Ohio.

I'm a PVC alum as well and am doing my darndest to get others over here, they will enjoy it alot more. Honestly, there are a few PVC fans who may not do well here, as their boorish behavior will be less tolerated by the prepsters.
