Huntsmen wide likes to get on here and talk up how good huntington will be everyyear.....i can remember last year you and your little buddies from huntington talkin about how HHS would be up in the top half the svc...lets see how did they finish? (0-10) doesnt sound like top half to me.

and if your pertaining to them being up there again this year....you need to just stop posting on here....sorry thats the way it is. Westfall or Piketon will win the svc.

I must say Yes Huntsmen wide you do talk alot of smack on her About Huntington I Believe you play for them dont you? The Hettinger boys? please tell me who they are! Oh wait jon hettinger right only reason why you left piketon is cause You couldnt handle Not Playing! And i know alot of kids out at huntington that say you talk a mean game but when actually your not good at all. As of Scottie Perkins and Mike Smith they we're both on the Honorable mention list this year lets see what they can do next year!

2010 could be a crapshoot.

The league is going to be down. SVC football has gotten pretty weak since the Westfall playoff teams a few years ago. Very little non-conference success since.

Viva Zapata i completly disagree with you.. The Svc is a great conference of friendly rivals every friday night its theres a good match up... how can you say its weak when Zane Trace had the season they did this year?

Zane Trace won the league but went 1-3 out of conference. They defeated Rock Hill (3-7). ZT lost soundly in the other 3 non-conference games.

To be considered a strong conference you must be able to beat teams in other conferences. The 8 SVC teams combined for 7 TOTAL non-conference wins and all had losing records outside the SVC.

Experience and Hardwork. Last years 3-7 team for unioto i believe has left then hungry, while adena is just the outright hard nosed working team.

Huntington better schedule the 3 easiest non-league opponents they can find or that big 0 in the w column will start to become a heavy load to carry.

Give the human wrecking ball “The Double Duece” 30+ carries a game and the Shermans are contenders.

HeII Thomas at Adena would win the State with a smash mouth running back like that. Its not too far fetched to think the Mighty Shermans could at least win the SVC with a HOSS like #22 as the center piece of the offense.

Just ask opposing D-linemen which SVC RB they think can lay the lumber………………

My pick is Westfall. It's like one of the poster's above said, you never know how many athletes are transferring in and they continue to do this year in, year out.
