Forgot to ask, what's the backfield look like for the Eagles in this coming season, names?

taking a shot in the open i'm guessing watkins, miller, wadekar, law, and not sure who else...those 4 should be the majority of time in the backfield unless wadekar is reciever...but all of them can play multiple positions.

Weight room is located where bandroom was.Backfield will probably be Ullman,qb,Watkins,fb,Waderker,tb Miller,se/te. Don't know for sure but that would be my guess

There was a great turnout at the New weight room Open House tonight. A big THANKS to the boosters and eveyone that has seen this happen. There is excitement in BELPRE ATHLETICS again. This is only the beginning to let THE EAGLE SOAR once more.

When will the rest of the team be joining these guys and how many more do you expect out? Winning traditions are hard to build, looks like you are setting the foundation for a good run at it though. Thanks for your hard work.

I was down at the new fitness center and was very pleased to see 30 football players going through their daily workouts. This is a strong committment for a school our size. Hope to see some more joining in very soon.

Also was informed that there are around 4-5 basketball players that don't play football, working in the fitness center with proper supervision 3-4 times a week getting ready for their season.

A special thanks to all the Booster members who made this new fitness center possible. This is just the first step. It was obvious to me that we need some more items for the center and a plan is being put into place to purchase them in the very near future.

There is a big mountain to climb and it is good to see these young folks taking advantage of the gift that has been given to them. Keep up the hard work.

the information i got from a guy who watched the passing scrimmanges at phs was the overall best player was the sr damien chafin. Heard he is the fastest and quickest. Best hands on offense and best coverage on defense...

I will take an open shot and go with a 6-4 record this year for the eagles possibly 7-3 the teams I feel they won't beat (Warren, Trimble, and wahama) are some tough teams however so not taking credit away from them. There is a high level of excitement around Belpre and everyone is ready for the season to kickoff. Sounds like the players have been working hard and will continue to work harder everyday. Sounds like numbers are up still and hopefully the players stick around, two a days will prove the deciding factor for a lineup so still far out to have any prediction but it will be here quicker than you know!

The Eagle football team and coaches held a Neighborhood Blitz and Road Block event sat. Thanks to all the coaches and football players for their hard work sat. And especially to all those in the community that made donations. This was a very suceessfull event. Now this sat the team will conduct a Lift-A-Thon at the weight room. Drop by if you can and support the players efforts.

The Lift-a-Thon was a great success. Way exceeeded the expectations for the amount of money the players raised. Way to go the players. I was on vac. so don,t have any numbers as far as total weight amounts by any players. We have now had two extremely great fund raisers for the team. We are weell on our way to do the things we wanted to do. There will be aty least two more events scheduled later. The numbers are still strong and the guys are working hard. There is definitely alot of excitement in the football program. Keep working hard guys. Can't wait for August and two a days start.

The EAGLES travel to Caldwell sat for a scrimmage at 10 AM at the fair grounds. The team leaves at 8 AM. Good luck sat.
