Re: SG Rebels
They will be a strong physical team. It will be tough in all sports in the TVC. I think Peck will do a great job for them as a coach. He will have the Rebels working hard!!!!! I hope we get the ball rolling on the midget league program.....

We bought Coach Smiths video on boobyblocking. It has really helped our offensive attack. Those boys from racine form a purple swarm when they are blowing teams off the ball......WOW!

Where can a guy get his hands on that video? There are some recently promoted ex youth league coaches that may be interested.

Re: SG Rebels
Coach Peck definitely deserves this job. He has a lot of football knowledge but more importantly really cares about the boys. Plus any man that drinks that much Diet Pepsi is a good man in my book.

I thought you all said the last coach did all this? Are you saying that is not true? Or will this coach be better at doing these things? Just asking.

Re: SG Rebels
I think the rebs have already subscribed to the theory behind boobyblocking and are quite proficient at it....

No matter their blocking system, itll be dam hard to move the ball against the stunting Gap 8. Defense of the future. Thats if the Mullet comes back. FEAR the Gap 8!

Re: SG Rebels
We did say this and Coach Burleson teams were very physical. I think Coach Peck ran the defense for the Rebels under coach Burleson....LOL we have a pot stirrer!!!! Justy did a great job and Peck will continue growing the program. Peck should get alot more kids out for the team.
Re: SG Rebels
Coach Peck ran the weight room for Burleson.
One thing I am concerned about is: Is Jason going to be able to recruit the kids in the hallways at South Gallia to come out and play, like Burleson did?
It would be nice is he could get an aide job down at SG.
Good Luck, Pat Peck!!
