The rebels now have 25 kids who can do at least 10 pushups and situps. Also, they are doing a good job of stretching. Each day, they stretch out on the couch and play video games.....

SG has one of the best weight programs around when you have kids that weigh 145 and benching 250 or better you know your doin something right. A few years back they had of the the strongest kids in the state pound for pound. He weighed about 150 and bench around 320. SO dont question the Rebels weight room.
