Just give these boys some time, and by some I mean a lot...probably 5-10 years...you have to understand these are kids who have hardly ever played football, there is talent and size there they just need someone who doesn't care about their record and wants to stick it out for the long haul...but they will be good maybe not for a few years, but they have some athletes
