Symmes Valley's wishbone takes on RV's stunting defense...
Raiders by a TD.

Stunting defense? Sounds like a target-rich environment for pulling guards. Vikings by two touchdowns.

Just in case any River Valley fans are planning on coming down 775, change your plans to 141. 775 is closed about 1/2 mile north of Wilgus for a bridge replacement.

Re: Week 2- River Valley (1-0) at Symmes Valley (1-0)
FINAL SCORE...
Symmes Valley 43
River Valley 0
Raiders had one long opening drive which the Vikings held near the goal line. The Vikings owned the game from then on. SV put in JV near the end of the 3rd quarter. Give River Valley credit for not quitting though. They were playing till the end.

River Valley was so horribly out coached tonite,it was illegal. Got to stop being an NFL team and play HS football. Don't have the kids to run the spread!!
PLAY DEFENSE and Be basic! I will say no more!

This Symmes Valley team is good enough to finish 2nd inthe OVC this year. They need this win against Peake for morale!

Bobcat I don't think you can make the speed judgement on SV just by watching that game. The player that ran all over the field last night is not even the fastest boy on the team. There are at least three boys on the team with very good speed. I think the Vikings will give Chesapeake all they want, and then some hopefully.

Like i said one kid was the difference,SV has a nice team take nothing from them, they are stepping up quite a bit in competition next week.SVDad wrote:Bobcat I don't think you can make the speed judgement on SV just by watching that game. Also why were they going for 2 up 34-0 and passing in the 4th qtr?
