Athens showed they still have some work to do. I think the Dogs need this win to keep there season alive. an 0-2 start could turn into a 4-6 record real quick....I will wait until later in the week before I pick this one.

If Athens comes out in the first half like they did Friday night Coal Grove will run it up. Bulldogs need to start quickly and the line has got to become much better on both sides of the ball.

Athens has some real issues on the offensive line, from what I've heard. If Grove's line is as good as advertised, I'm going with CG by 14 points, especially with Athens on the road.

I would assume that if they give up close to 300 yards on the ground to a squad who double wings it and is as basic as you can get in this scheme,along with getting into a gun and running power with the QB,Athens has some issues also on the other side of the ball.

Due to some more of CGs infamous small-town political in-fighting, there will be no cannon this year. All I can say is that if wha I've heard is true, it's one of the most pathetic examples I've ever seen of taking one's ball and goig home...
