Week 5 - Piketon (3-1) @ Zane Trace (1-3)

Piketon travels to Kinnikinnick to take on the Pioneers friday. ZT has lost some tough games to Logan Elm and Adena. The offense for ZT still looking for an identity, however have been told their D is pretty tough. Piketon has had success through the air and on the ground mixing it up, so should be a decent close game. Lets Go Streaks!

Zane Trace 21-17 over Piketon.
Now, they picked ZT the last two weeks, but they lost both games.
They are about 80% on their picks in Ohio games this season.

I'm gonna pull for piketon in this one. I think the game could be pretty interesting. Piketon will have to step it up in the coming weeks if they are gonna be svc contenders. It's all a dog fight until the end.

even though its early on,,this is a big game for both teams,,,last years final,,probably was one main deciding factor in who won the svc.....will be interesting to say the least

FINAL

It was 21-10 at the half. ZT kicks a FG to make it 21-13 about halfway through the third quarter.
Piketon scores to make it 28-13, then ZT scores late in the third, but misses the 2 point conversion to make it 28-19.
Piketon had the only TD of the fourth quarter.
The Piketon QB threw for a lot of yards.
Piketon goes to 4-1, while ZT is now 1-4.
