I fully believe that the Ironmen have the talent and ability to win this one! Really looking forward to watching this one. Hope to see some big hits and an injury free game.

Jackson has been "mad" since game one, is completely healthy, and has yet to peak. Our line will completely dominate and the backs will roll over the Tiger secondary. Beautiful weather predicted and Jackson fans will bring it. ROLL IRONMEN!

Tigers roll. Too much tradition, coaching, and a great program. 49-7

Well, I understand that our injuries may not be gone by Friday. We have some pretty banged up kids at some key positions. It sounds like a couple of the kids have been playing hurt and are now boarder-line injured. Anyone that has played knows there is a difference in being hurt and being injured. This could be a big problem. I also was told by a reliable source that Jackson has two very good running backs. Evidently the defense may be suspect, but the two backs are for real.

I am hoping for miracle cures, but if it doesn't happen, the Tigers are going to have a tough ball game and will have to scratch and claw their way to a W.

I have been saying that we have some talented Soph running backs, and now White is going to get his chance. Brown is injured so unfortunately we won't have his services, but I look for White to start cutting his teeth. I am impressed with his abilities and I think once he gets into a rhythm, and gets several carries in a row and gets a good feel for a game, he is going to break some tackles which is the key to being a good back.

Give me a T...............................

Drew Ervin and Klay Arthur are two BIG and fast backs.

....funny story...this morning, in my Sunday School class, there was one of the 5 years olds who was at the game Friday and I ask him about the loss and he looked up at me and grinned and said, 'Yeah......but...we sure wooped them Blue Devils!'

I liked that!

^^^^^^^

The message at our home church this morning was repentance. I believe most of the posters on this site, including myself should repent for our lack of being humble about our team's successes.

Ironton has some injuries and a key loss at tailback with Wilks being out so they are going to need to be hitting on all cyclinders to beat Jackson. Jackson has been known to upset the Tigers. Im taking the Tigers in this game they are always a more dangerous team after a loss.

Really? I would have thought the main thought would have been..not being thankful for our successes? ;-)

You can be humble and thankful at the same time.
