From what I've heard this kid is tough, very tough. This is just a little "curve in the road" on to his way to becoming a player we'll watch on Saturday afternoons.

I was at this game last night. As they were loading this young man on to the ambulance, the entire West team, lead by their coaches, removed their hats, helmets, took a knee and said a prayer for him!! What an emotional time. I think that speaks volumes as to how this team, coaches, and entire community feels about Trevon.
I heard they were transporting him to Cincinnati for surgery.........

Trevon is meeting with Bengals team doctors today. Surgery is Monday morning in cinnci. He is the true definition of a warrior. He wanted to stay and support his team lastnight even with a severely broken leg and ankle.. In my opinion, there has never been a player around here like him.. It's been a privilege of mine to watch this young man grow up. Very special young man.

I just logged on to the internet after a late shift at disney last night. I didnt know any games outcomes. I thought i would just be logging on to see who outscored who. I never thought I would log on to see such an unfair turn in llife for this young man. I know he will be in God's hands. He will be protected and he will recover. With all our love and prayers, this too shall pass... I have no idea what happened for I immediately read this post first and only this post. It does break all of our hearts. I, too, heard such great things about him. His strength will remain in the spirit and gutt of his teamates, coaches, and community. He will be their inspiration to fight and fight and fight.. Man, couldn't happen to a greater athlete with a bright future. I pray this kid goes through a speedy recovery and comes out of surgery with no complications on Monday morning.
