Keep Trevon Pendleton in your thoughts.
Re: Keep Trevon Pendleton in your thoughts.
This is very sad to hear, but from what I have heard about this kid he has the heart and determination to overcome this. Good luck Trevon!

Thoughts and Prayers from Valley, I know the players could easily hear the amount of pain he was in. We all hate to see something like this happen to a very talented young man. I know it would be easy to blame Holcomb, the tackler, on this one but football is a dangerous sport, these boys know what they're getting into when they strap on there pads. I hope for a full recovery by Trevon.

Re: Keep Trevon Pendleton in your thoughts.
I wish Trevon and his family the best. He's one hard nosed football player. I've never heard a negative word spoken about the young man. I hope for a full recovery and a college career if he so chooses.

Prayers from Blue Devil country.
Time will heal all wounds. I remember when GAHS lost Jeff Golden in a scrimmage at West two or three years how everybody felt. By spring, however, Jeff came back to finish the baseball season his senior year and played a couple years of college ball at Urbana.

Re: Keep Trevon Pendleton in your thoughts.
After reading all the comments from around the area and then some Im very suprised that there are NO bad comments...This site usually gets people fired up and usually there are negative things said that shouldnt be. Especially when it comes to rival schools...Im so happy the everyone is pulling together to show support for Trevon and his family. Just goes to show you that it IS just a game and these are kids out on the field, NO ONE wants to see one of them injured. I pray that he has a full recovery and a great future ahead of him. Doesnt strike me as the type to give up. Good Luck Trevon...As a community lets keep his spirits ups !
